The best of Alaan thay you can make any payment anytime without need the accounting departement.

I think your team and direction are great. You're not shy about the fact you're still a new company but your tools are really making my life easier.

1. no zoho books integration

2. i still have to use my "regular bank"

3. glitches in the system requiring intervention from alaan team

What do you like best about Alaan?

The best part is elimation of cash involvement in business and secondly the control you can put for each virtual card. So no physical cards and easy tracking of each member holding the card.

What do you dislike about Alaan?

There are still few things needed to be upgraded in the system e.g it's diiffcult to know exact portal balance on a past date. I usually take screenshot of portal balance on last of the month as i need it to close the month but if i missed to take it then i need to reconcile it manually to get the balance on last day of the month.

What do you like best about Alaan?

When I got a request such as simple assets (keyboard, Mouse etc) I dont need to use my personal credit card or to ask Finance manager to use the company cc. I can purchase whatever I need with my own Alaan-virtual card. After that no need to give them a phisically copy and no need to waste a paper, I can upload digital copy of the invoice thru Alaan App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
