What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

The user interface is very easy to use. Our community partners have no concerns with blackthorn and like how we run our registrations with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

This may just be how we have it configured, but we are not able to mass approve or deny registrations. We have to click on each one separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

Ability to customize events and scale for different sizes, from small and simple, to larger complex evetns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

Can sometimes be a little wonky. The event cloning feature does not really function as expected in that it doesn't seem to clone all of the expected event components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

Blackthorn has made creating events 10x more efficient and effective in connecting with our attendees. We utilize this platform for all of our external events. Whenever I have had any concerns or errors (usually user errors) and I have had to reach out to customer support, they have always been fast to respond and excellent at helping me resolve the error. What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

Some downsides are the current settings related to messaging. I would like to be able to setup an event, but choose from a list of internal users who is sending out the messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Blackthorn Events and Payments for several years now, and they have both proved to be invaluable in allowing me to build events and reporting that address my specific needs.

What do you like best about Blackthorn Events?

We love working with the Blackthorn Events folks! Their representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Blackthorn Events module is very powerful and integrates into our CRM platform. We have several different users leveraging BTE for a variety of different events with various options, ticket types, etc.

The implementation is pretty straightforward and out-of-the-box, but there are several additional features that need backend support from BTE to get turned on before use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackthorn Events?

BTE is still working on their documentation. There are some features that are not as well documented as others, so we need to reach out to Support for more details or context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
