Brevo checks all the boxes for us. It’s incredibly easy to use and was super quick to implement – we were up and running in no time. The platform offers an impressive range of features, from marketing automation to CRM and segmentation, all seamlessly integrated. We use it daily and keep discovering new possibilities. What really stands out is how often new features are added – it’s clear the product is actively evolving. What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

the ease of use and its user experience and how much it is user centric , the number of features are just enough , its not that much simplified that leads to shortage of features and limitation in actions and nat too much complicated that it is hard to understand all features and just give up on hole process .

as a marketing manager my frequency of use of the application should be a lot and a crowd complex UI will distract me and maybe confusing but Brevo is minimal and to the point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

however the limitation of its free plan is better than its competitors , the fact that they all have Brevo logo and the least amount you need to pay for no logo emails is more than 13 pounds , as a small marketing manager in a small startup I prefer more limited email numbers with no logo , because we want to work on our own branding and our motivation of purchasing pro plan should be growth of our work , at firs stage Brevo help us to grow our business and after we developed our customer base we will start to pay for pro plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

I use Brevo already from more than 10 years now. Back then, I searched for an email platform and I choose Brevo (former SendinBlue) because it was and still is very easy to use. Surprisingly easy compare to other similar platforms. And, never the less, very intuitive for me. Although it was my first experience with such platforms, I was able, in short time to implement the first features and send the first campaigns. In time Brevo added more and more features such as Conversations, Meetings, Deals or Calls. After Campaigns I discovered the power of Automations feature by Brevo. I use now sending automated emails on a daily basis for my business from more than 5 years. The integration of the requirements for marketing automation was very easy and, not surprisingly, very intuitive. I appreciate very much also the Automation feature were I created a lot of personalized programs to help me send automated emails in various cases for my customers. Because of the ease of use I had to use only twice the customer support and every time it was o good experience because the problems were solved. I will continue to further use Brevo Marketing Automation because it fits very good to my business needs. And because I appreciate very much this ability to make such a comprehensive platform so user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

With such a big platform as Brevo, it is some how normal to occur also some misfunctions. Sometimes, when I want to refresh the Automation Event Logs List occurs an error page ore the list is not loaded. I must retry to reload the list once or twice in order to get the new entries. This situations occures oft, sometimes once or twice per day. Some minor erros I have also noticed by sending the automated emails, but very rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

We're most impressed by the relative ease of using Brevo to reach out to existing customers as well as prospects (collected via double sign-up or personal contact, e.g. during trade shows).

Also, Marketing Automation workflows are easy to master - especially compared to complicated systems such as Hubspot.

Also, the implementation & deployment as well as the integration with existing tools was pretty easy!

Regarding customer support, we found Brevo very responsive & helpful (even though we did not need to interact with the support team a lot, since the functions are pretty self-explanatory). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are not totally intuitive, but that might be due to a generational gap & the habit of jumping right into a text instead of reading the headline/instructions.
