With CustomerIO, it's been super simple for us to set up in-app messages and really personalise the messaging to our specific set of users. Really cuts down engineering time that is better utilised in development of core feature. The support from their team has been pro-active whenever we've run into issues. More automation will amplify the ability to deliver campaigns, the objective should always be real-time customer journey management in the most cost efficient (in terms of labour required on CRM works) and effectiveness of the campaigns and the impact on customer journey. Automation of the campaigns, automatic translation to multiple languages, it will significantly improve the value of the product. An agentic AI engine should be integrated ASAP. The user experience is very intuitive and seamless. The features work as they should and the flows are designed properly. Other user engagement platform I have are not as powerful as Customer IO either because they don't have as many useful features or their features are not built optimally.

The process of creating and editing segments is very easy and campaigns are also straightforward to create and monitor.

The platform it's really complete and easy to use. They have tons of integrations and let's us to integrate easily with our own datalake, enabling us to rapidly start our campaigns with e-mail and WhatsApp. The Customer Support is also a big differentiator. I'd love to see a option to bulk edit my webhooks and to create variables with base urls or something. Because, we use a lot of webhooks for our custom Twilio integration, in tons of campaigns, but they're quite similar, so it would be handy if we had this option.
