What do you like best about Customer.io?

I think the best thing I like about the product is the ease of use and the thoughtfulness put into making everything work seamlessly. Not to talk of the fact that there's a lot of features and support.

Integration was seamless and their documentation was detailed.

What do you dislike about Customer.io?

It would've been nice to have a customer support or live chat support.

What do you like best about Customer.io?

What do you like best about Customer.io?

It has all of the fancy features that the new ESP's have for a fraction of the cost of the others. Segment based on events, properties, and all the properties nested within them. You can also build workflows that pull in all of that complex data. They just launched a new trigger utilizing a property within an event. We essentially stream all events from Segment without having to break the bank for our contract. They also have amazing customer support to help de-bug and look into issues. What do you dislike about Customer.io?

I wish they had more of a community like some of the other ESPs do. They did hold a conference, but it was virtual and I completely forgot about it because they didn't send me a gazillion email reminders like others do. I haven't met too many other CIO users but I'd love to nerd out with them if they facilitated a gathering! I've been in the email industry for 14+ years, and I haven't heard much about them until I started working at Monarch where CIO was already onboarded. Wish I would've known about them sooner. What do you like best about Customer.io?

After years of weekly use, we also implemented in-app messages and push notifications without any problem. They are an extremely flexible and powerful tool, not only for direct user communication, but also for soft-testing features inside your product before committing to a new release. I think Customer.io team should continue expanding the triggers and filters possibilities for all the workflows. They are already flexible and covering 90% of cases, but I think they can be further improved to give the user more possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Customer.io?

CustomerIO makes it easy to build and optimize lifecycle campaigns. It works well for both one-off blasts and for evergreen drip campaigns. Their UI - especially the waitUntils and different types of branching -- allow you to build complex flows while preserving usability. They also make it easy to monitor key metrics.
