What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

I can control my team/org and all our projects using a single tool. In the past, we painfully performed these actions across silos of tools that couldn't talk to each other. We also lacked deep insights into our LOB in the past, but thanks to FinancialForce PSA, just in 4 months, we already have tons of data that are tremendously helping us plan, forecast and deliver better. What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

Being new to the system and learning it from the ground up has given me a new view and perspective on analyzing data. I was used to manually manipulating data to get the result and be able to analyze what I was looking at and report on it. Now, and as the days go on, I can not only automate manual processes but can now dig into the system and see what other functionality would benefit all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

Right now, I think it is still a learning curve. I understand the system, and as I know the system, I am learning the boundaries. There are some things I would like to see in PSA that are not there yet, but there are workarounds to getting to this data as needed, so it is not a downfall. What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

FinancialForce is solving the problem of looking at the when, where, and why. When can we take on another project, and what team members can take it? What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

We have significantly improved our ability to provide timely information to our Professional Services, Sales, and Finance Leaders. We pair FF PSA data points with data governance using workflow rules/logic, and a BI Tool we are able to provide timely action-oriented insights to do the following: capture Change Order Bookings and Revenue, ensure accurate time cards (main revenue source for PS), track billable utilization, and provide accurate forecast details to our Finance Teams. We have been growing our change orders revenue/bookings at hyper-growth levels by leveraging PSA and Salesforce CRM. We were able to improve the flow of revenue to become more predictable and stable. We have built trust with our Finance team to be able to request billable headcount resources based on our accurate forecasting and billable utilization metrics. What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

FinancialForce PSA is a beneficial and user-friendly tool to help connect people and projects. It is an easy-to-use software that makes doing business across a project, team, or company much more straightforward and efficient. What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

There is not much to dislike about FinancialForce PSA. The training, tutorials, and help documents make learning PSA very simple. I would only suggest more walk-through videos explaining where some items might be, so users can visually see and follow along instead of following step-by-step directions. What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

FinancialForce PSA is used abundantly in my company. For example, we use it for entering any data, time-entry, project execution, and account leadership - all of which make connecting with our projects and colleagues simpler, faster, and more efficient. PSA is a very thorough tool encompassing a large spectrum of functions and features. Its main asset is its realtime connection to SFDC.

The reporting function allows for quality data extracts.

User Interface is complex (many fields) and interface with SFDC should allow more pre-filling or filtering of options to simplify human data entry.

PSA is a great tool in project management. It allows you not only to track a project timeline, but monitor costs, spend, budget burn down. Montior timecards and report out against Estimated hours vs Actual hours used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
