"Effortless Sales Management with Seamless Communication"
What do you like best about Close?

Close makes it really easy to manage and track all communication in one place. The built-in calling, email sync, and lead tracking are seamless, and the Smart Views save a lot of time when prioritising outreach. It’s fast, intuitive, and designed around actual sales workflows, not overcomplicated dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The reporting side could be a bit more customisable, especially when it comes to team performance breakdowns and activity tracking. Sometimes filters or exports require a few extra steps. It’s nothing major, but more flexibility and visualisation options would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Feature-Rich, But Redundant Functions Need Streamlining"
What do you like best about Close?

Simple user interface, easy to set up and blast campaigns, tons of features like HL. I like how it is organized in the right column. I love that it is web-based. The mobile app works pretty good, a lot better than Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The redundancy. It would be better to only have one day to perform a function, not a half a dozen. Not knowing all the features and how to utilize them eats at me. I know I can learn more. I have tried to get on Youtube to learn more only to find out I do not have the admin privileges that I normally would and tend to give up on the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to follow CRM"
What do you like best about Close?

It's easy to use, and both leads and tasks are organized in a way that makes tracking simple. The integrations are impressive too, with LinkMatch being a particular favorite of mine. I really appreciate the task function—each day, I just check my inbox to see what needs to be done. When we first started, getting set up was effortless; with just one click, we were able to start using Close right away. Customer support has also been quite responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with this tool and am really enjoying using it. I use it every day to keep track of my tasks, and I haven't found anything to complain about yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Close CRM keeps us sharp, fast, and focused"
What do you like best about Close?

Close is incredibly intuitive — the ease of use is one of its biggest strengths. From day one, our team could navigate the platform without training, and it’s made daily tasks feel effortless. The number of features is also impressive: everything from lead tracking to automated follow-ups is built in, but it never feels bloated. The ease of implementation was a pleasant surprise — setup was fast, and we didn’t need a long onboarding process. Plus, the ease of integration with our existing tools made adoption seamless. We use Close daily, and it’s become a central part of our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Honestly, very little. If anything, I’d love even more customization in reporting views. That said, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions — so even small issues get resolved quickly. Despite the rich feature set, Close stays fast and uncluttered, which is rare for CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CRM – that widens your reach"
What do you like best about Close?

What I like the most is the email campaign and workflow feature. It helps us reach more people with mass campaigns, and at the same time, we can send quick one-to-one emails right after a call using templates. This way, we can follow the 3M strategy faster and more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The filters available in Close feel a bit rigid, which sometimes makes it challenging to create smart views effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall, very good CRM and Dialer"
What do you like best about Close?

The user end for me and for my callers has been very easy. Everything is at hand, from emails to notes, without having to fumble around to find them. The smart views are dynamic and make sure that the leads I call are during their local business hours. Customer support always gets back to me very quickly when I have a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

As amazing as the front end is, the back end does need some work. The hierarchy between the super admin account and sub accounts is not quite there yet. Before Close, I was used to being able to log in as a super admin and being able to change the settings for sub-users. On Close, those settings have to be changed while logged in to the actual sub-user account. Last I reached out about this a few days ago, they said they are working on it. "Streamlined Cold Calling with Seamless CRM Integration"
What do you like best about Close?

I appreciate how Close streamlines our cold calling operations, ensuring my sales team never lets a deal slip through the cracks, which optimizes our workflow and efficiency. The built-in numbers feature is incredibly convenient, allowing my staff to call leads directly from the CRM system, making outreach a seamless process. Additionally, the robust task feature ensures that my team never misses a required follow-up by providing a dedicated section for it. I also find the unique flow of opportunity creation in Close refreshing compared to other CRMs we’ve used, enhancing the way we handle our sales processes. The integration with calendars and platforms like Zoom simplifies coordination and communication. Switching from Pipedrive to Close has been beneficial as Close is more tailored toward sales rather than project management. The initial setup was very easy for us due to our tech-savviness, and I really value the customer support which is consistently helpful and provides same-day responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

I don't like the restrictive file size limits for imports in Close, which complicates the process of uploading tens of thousands of leads at once. This necessitates the use of a CSV splitter, adding an extra step that could be avoided with a higher file limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Close CRM is a fast, sales-focused tool uniting calls, emails, and SMS for outbound teams."
What do you like best about Close?

Because it is focused primarily on sales/outreach, Close tends to have a simpler UI and faster learning curve in those areas (for outbound-heavy teams), compared to more general CRMs or those built for marketing and customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Larger CRMs (Salesforce especially, also HubSpot) have hundreds or thousands of integrations, robust marketplaces, lots of add-ons. Close has integrations, but fewer out-of-box for very niche or advanced tools. If you have a complex tech stack, that matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One CRM That Supercharges Sales and Productivity"
What do you like best about Close?

What I appreciate most about Close is that it serves as an all-in-one CRM, streamlining communication and sales management to be both simple and efficient. By consolidating calls, emails, SMS, and tasks into a single platform, it removes the hassle of juggling multiple tools. The built-in calling features, such as the Power Dialer and Workflow Automation, enable teams to save time and maintain organization, which is especially valuable when managing a high volume of outreach. Its pipeline and reporting tools provide clear insights into deals and performance, making it straightforward to monitor progress and spot new opportunities. Close also strikes a good balance between automation and personalization, letting users automate routine follow-ups while still maintaining a personal touch. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with other tools like Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace, and offers a robust API for creating custom workflows. In summary, Close distinguishes itself as a practical and intuitive CRM that genuinely enhances productivity and supports growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Honestly, I can't say there's anything I truly dislike about Close. The platform is intuitive and dependable, making it easy to manage communication and sales processes effectively. Each feature is thoughtfully designed and serves a clear function, contributing to an overall experience that has been consistently smooth and positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing experience!"
What do you like best about Close?

Using Close CRM has completely transformed the way I manage my sales process. From the moment I started using it, I noticed how easy it was to get set up and actually enjoy using a CRM something I never thought I’d say. The built-in calling and email features save me so much time, and I love how everything is tracked automatically without any extra effort. I can clearly see where each deal stands, follow up faster, and focus more on building relationships instead of chasing down notes or updates. It honestly feels like the tool was built with real salespeople in mind, and it’s made my day-to-day workflow way more efficient and less stressful. This is the best CRM i have ever used by far i highly recommend 10/10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

The only downside is i wish I found about this crm earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
