There have been times where there have been some connectivity issues. Customer service was super helpful when theses issues arose and were able to get it resolved in a timely manner. "Coram.AI replaces legacy NVR system"

What do you like best about Coram AI?

This system is extremely straightforward to use and maintain. We were able to install the servers and migrate over 200 cameras in under a day. Although we are not currently utilizing the gun detection feature, it's reassuring to have it available if needed. The license plate and facial recognition capabilities work well with our existing cameras, and being able to set up alerts based on matches has been very useful. What do you dislike about Coram AI?

"Smooth Transition to Coram AI with Excellent Support"

What do you like best about Coram AI?

Transferring from another VMS solution to Coram AI was so easy, their sales and implementation team were excellent. They were very proactive in listening to what we needed and were adaptable to our unique needs. The support team was extremely reactive and helpful to make sure everything was running smoothly, once we got all of the cameras into Coram AI that didn't come from Coram AI, there were no issues. "Coram experience"

What do you like best about Coram AI?

I like the fact that it is very easy to find plates cars or people just by typing blue shirt or black car its very easy to use and very effective for me during the day. i use coram everyday and each day it gets easier and easier to use but when there is a tech issue i can easily call and the customer support is very helpful and kind and gets me going in a flash they waste no time at all. Best of all there's a lot of features different parts of coram where your able to save certain clips of events that happen screenshots and even able to add people to a certain video or picture so everyone can see straight from coram.
