What do you like best about Coram AI?

The system works right out of the box with existing hardware and minimal firewall policy setup. The customer support is very helpful and responds quickly. The search and alert functions save a lot of time looking through video for the clips you need. Halo sensor integration is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coram AI?

There is lag on the PTZ controls for the Pan Tilt Zoom cameras and the cloud connectors can get quite loud under heavy loads.

"K-12 Public School switched over to Coram"

What do you like best about Coram AI?

Over a year ago, I upgraded our school district's camera system, and I have never regretted the decision. We integrated about 100 existing cameras into Coram and utilized AI technology across all our units. The AI integration in our new system has saved us countless hours of searching through video footage, making it much easier to locate key moments and incidents.

I no longer need to check the SANs to ensure the hard drives are functioning, nor do I have to worry about losing hours of video due to a failing SAN or a video server being down for extended periods during updates or hardware upgrades. Whenever I've encountered issues, customer support has always been responsive and willing to help. They assisted me in migrating our existing camera system onto their servers, and we were up and running quickly.

Since the system doesn't require installers and can be accessed through the web, more administrators can access it without needing assistance from the technology department. This makes it easier to access and simpler for my end users to navigate.

Since we started using it, they have also released several features that have been extremely helpful. At one point, I almost gave up on 360-degree cameras, but now searching for and viewing video playback on them is easy. The system also allows us to set the camera to a panoramic view by default instead of training users to change views.

"Smart Cameras"

What do you like best about Coram AI?

The functionality of the software is awesome, search functions with the ability to identify items easily and on all cameras at the same time is awesome. My customer service rep is very responsive, he will text me back, call or email me quickly when i have a question. The implentation was simple and easy and did not take long once all the cameras were installed and hooked up. We use it all the time to look for damage claims by customers or identify high traffic times etc... All in all very happy with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coram AI?

Coram was cost-effective for us, and we were able to implement the system without pulling out all of our existing infrastructure. It allowed us to integrate current cameras that did not have analytics while we were staging the new camera hardware. It was as simple as plugging in the power and network cables, and our system was ready to go. Our administrators love it and use it daily. Coram gave us a single platform to bring all our our existing camera system into and allowed us to add analytics to them. We eventually moved to all new hardware provided by coram and it has been wonderful. Our staff can now run searches for events and are able to export the video if need be within a few seconds. What do you like best about Coram AI?

Does what it says, nothing is better than a system that just works and Coram just works. It was easy to set up, they walked me through the process on the phone and pulling the data feeds from all of our cameras was a breeze.

I check my phone daily now, instead of having to log in to each of our sites with separate passwords to find out what is going on. Coram's got it all, the new alert feed is a life saver.

We have multiple sites with equipment and truck storage. Theft is a big concern for us and the fences are only a deterrent. What do you like best about Coram AI?

Two major strengths:

1) Coram AI has a high intelligence for plaintext search. Operators can rapidly find relevant records based on someone else's report pretty much every time with this product.

2) It delivers the content as quickly as you can drag the mouse. Operators can home in on relevant content probably ten times more efficiently than they can with the other brands.

Coram AI builds upon records review with a lot of intelligence. Rather than the earier paradigm "what camera, what day, what time" we can now simply describe a scenario to Coram even if we don't have a clear handle on when or what camera to look at. We can plaintext search for things like "three people conferencing" or "two adults with a child" or "red Mazda CX." And the intelligence keeps getting smarter.

"A Simple and Easy Solution for Serious Problem"

What do you like best about Coram AI?

We looked at several cloud based solutions to replace our on premis NVRs. We have 18 locations that we were easily able to onboard with Coram. We've found the simplicity of the software a great bonus. What has been most important to us is the amount of time we have saved reviewing security incidents. With our on premise NVRs we had spend hours looking at security footage trying to find an incident. With Coram, we spend just minutes trying to locate an incident saving a lot of staff time. Since the system is cloud based we're easily able to store video footage with authorities is needed.

There are a lot of choices in the industry, but in the end we found that Coram offered us the most value, ease of use, fast customer service, and a solid product that gets better over time with software updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coram AI?
