They are becoming a complete and robust solution for our company and loan officers to win online. They handle our branch and practitioner listings, they make it easy to automate social sharing, and have a intuitive system that our loan officers can use with little training. They handled our implementation well as we moved from a previous narrow solution to their robust platform. We have been supported very well by our customer success manager. She has been responsive, an advocate for us, and provided ideas for us to use the system in creative ways. We are already leading our peer groups in less than one year and we have not even implemented all of the possible solutions yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the developments for new solutions or upgrades seem to take a while. This can be frustrating when you are using their solutions they way they intend, but a bug or issue is found and not quickly resoloved. A recent example is in the Web Analytics feature. For most of our loan officers, it is calculating a "fast" load time for their web page, but other loan officers with the same type of page says, "slow". This is affecting their numeric scoring that represents their online visibility by 50+ which is a big margin. With that stated, they are listening and reviewing the issue but no ETA is available.
