Until recently (that i had the opportunity to get introduced to Encharge) i was using daily for my clients and for me other known in the market solutions. You feel that they have stopped progressing and got settled because they have a big share in the Market with also high cost. As a Growth Marketing Manager, i am always looking for new Tools that will help my customers to achieve their goals and i am always open to try and support new players and young people eager to help and bring quality and great customer service.

What's not to like about this software? Automations are amazing, you can create great funnels, the customer service is nothing short of fantastic and ultra responsive.

Just the tool I needed.

I wanted to write my review after testing the product for a while and getting to know all its features. Finally, the result has been very positive, and I have totally migrated to the tool. At first I contemplated it as a complementary utility since its automation system attracted me, but then I realized that it is much more than that and fulfilled everything I needed perfectly.

I must say that after a few weeks and some campaigns, I am delighted with my tool change and with using Encharge. Some of the points that stand out and I have liked the most are:

- Your drag and drop builder seems perfect to me. Complete and powerful enough, but keeping the ease of use and simplicity.

- Its integrations with other applications are very complete and you will find everything you need.

- Its automation system is incredibly visual and easy to use and learn.

- The support and extra material they provide are complete and very useful.

- The platform and its design are very well taken care of, it is pleasant, easy to navigate and very stable.

I have had a good experience, and I recommend this platform to anyone who is starting out in marketing automation or needs a good platform to send their emails.Just the tool I needed.

I think the tool is very automation oriented and there is still room for improvement in the area of sending manual mailings. The same with the synchronization of contacts or subscription forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is very intuitive and the automation flows are very nice to setup, the customer support is amazing and the segmentation and lead scoring features are just what we need to nurture and segment our leads and our client's leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were very frustrated with the lack of a native form builder inside the software; we have to go to an external app to connect with encharge, in the current market status a below the par offer. Similar apps offer native form builders (and landing page builders) even with their free tier. Not everyone is a coder and can create zaps (paying for zaps) to use a form in their landing page. I love that I am easily able to create an email campaign without pulling my hair out!! It was so easy to use, and when I needed help, I contacted their helpdesk for immediate assistance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say I like that I can't create a landing page right in the program itself. I have to create landing pages on Mailchimp and link to Encharge. It isn't complicated or anything to do; it's just an extra step. I would love to cut Mailchimp out altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using other email marketing platforms over the years and have never used an automation app before. It's an excellent investment for our business. After trying it out to see if it would work for our particular use (a membership site for one), we wanted to see how it would work to make our customers connect with us on multiple levels and the ease of use for us. Encharge came out on top as a modern solution for our business.

Setting up an account is easy, and you will love everything about it. Broadcasts are amazing to set up, including 'flows' and 'triggers.' Very impressive, as are the stats that mirror your connection to your customers. I can't wait to broadcast to our customers for our upcoming products and services.

In my experience, this is the top of the market for automation/email delivery after looking for quite some time. And to top off the offering, the customer service is fantastic. The support is timely, and the support documents are superb. On the other hand, the customer service is terrific.

They have partnered with both Sendgrid and Amazon SES — the world's most reliable cloud-based email delivery platforms, so I am happy that the reliability of delivery will be there for a long time to come.

I can configure it with my hosting service to achieve improved deliverability and open rates. Less likely to be considered spam. I saw deliverability and open rates double up within the first week.

It also comes with a free email validity checker. In the first week, I detected 2 people who had left their organizations and removed their emails.

Drag-and-drop block system that makes creating emails super easy.

Allows duplication of previous broadcasts and emails.

Ability to add CC & BCC to broadcasts.

Has a beautiful automation creation map function that's based on actions taken or not taken by receipients.

And you can send it at the receipient's time zone too.

Can't send broadcast to more than one segment at a time. You'll have to duplicate the broadcast and send to another segment.
