I like the clean interface, modern design and features rich of Formaloo.

I can create simple but beautiful forms with it.

Although it is feature-rich sometimes some functions are not functioning very well, and at that time it could be a bit stressful.

What I like about Formaloo is that it is the most flexible tool I have seen and can do multiple functionalities. For this reason it saves me a lot of money, instead of buying a form builder, quiz builder, poll software, directory, ecommerce webpage, donation or tip box, widget, chatbot for websites, profile or link in bio app, CRMs customized for your needs and many more. As a new way to do SaaS non-code for beginners, you need to know how to integrate with other SaaS, and if you do not know, then you have to learn how to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't had many issues with formaloo, but I do recall the third party integration being a little tricky to accomplish but I'm sure this has been improved upon since then as the customer support was very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface and design are truly amazing. I loved the interface; everything is clear, you know where you are, and it's easy to design forms. I am still quite new to the software and currently have no insights for change. I like the interface as it is right now. Since the team is bent on doing important things well enough, bugs are not infrequent. Sometimes, things don't work as expected. Other times, the UI is idiosyncratic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Formaloo rocks! So far we have built customer surveys, warranty registrations, feedback forms, ambassador program registrations, event regisrations and newsletter signups.

The forms look great whether multi-step Typeform style or single page or hybrid.

So far we have published forms via the widget on our website, nested on pages on our websites (Wordpress, Woocommerce & Shopify).

Personalisation features are great - after a customer has entered their first name for example, then you can include their first name in the questions remaining on the form.

Some nice integrations to Slack, Google Sheets and webhooks. For newsletter signup form it was a breeze to have submissions going into a Google sheet as well into our ESP and CRM.

Support is very responsive.

I'm not a big fan of the icon library used in their backend however this has no impact on the use of the product. The personalization feature (replacing form copy with data entered by the customer earlier in the form - e.g. their name) works really well on embedded forms but does not yet work when using the form widget.
