"GCPay has been a huge time saver."

What do you like best about GCPay?

The best thing about GCPay has been that subcontractors can no longer bill for unapproved change orders and can not submit billings without the proper back up included. It has been a great time saver and eliminates data entry errors.

GCPay's support is the best, they are easily reached and resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

The only downside is not being able to sort subcontractor's pay applications by CSI code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tracking lien waivers has become transparent and easy"

What do you like best about GCPay?

The support is the best I've seen so far. The chat support is quick and solves all of our issues quickly. The whole system is easy and simple to use, with all the features we need as GCs. But the support takes it to the next level. This is our best software purchase of the past ten years. Implementation was easy and quick. We were up and running within a month. The integration with Sage 300 CRE (formerly Timberline) is seamless and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

I know why they do it but I would love the chat support to be available in the evenings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Number one for us, keeping track of which subcontractors have billed and do they have the compliance items (lien waivers, COI's) we need. We now have complete transparency over who has submitted their lien waivers when paying. Number two is having clean pay applications that don't have CO's being billed that are not in our system. Accounting spends way less time cleaning up subcontractor pay applications and tracking down compliance items. We are growing but GCPay has let us put off the need to hire another person for several more years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GCPay is Amazing!!"

What do you like best about GCPay?

The customer service at GCPay is one of a kind! A real person answers the phone and when you send an email, it's answered by a real person who responds to any issues quickly. You can tell they understand all construction lingo as well. I never feel like I need to explain anything to them, they just understand when I ask anything.

We recently implemented a new field management software with GCPay and it's gone seemlessly. It always amazes me that if I have any issues or questions, it just takes a phone call or an email to suport and it's resolved within minutes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

My only wish is that GCPay could take the place of all my software products I use. Or at least have customer service like GCPay! And I wish our subs understood how easy calling them could make their life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GCPay?

What do you like best about GCPay?

GC Pay takes the extra brainwork out of compliance, SOV, and lien waivers. It talks to the accounting system pretty seamlessly and does so automatically in most instances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

Finding a specific user can sometimes be difficult to search using the "add company" function, especially if they have more than one available profile. This is usually something to do with the actual vendor setting up their account improperly but can usually be figured out with the assistance from GC Pay Support. What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lien waivers are such a pain to track and collect during a large project, especially where the next owner payment depends on the accurate submission of completed sub waivers. GC Pay's auto sending option for when a payment goes out, a matching lien waiver becomes available to sign electronically at the same time. It cuts down on wait time, follow ups and inconsistencies in the waivers themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"What appeared at first to be a daunting task"

What do you like best about GCPay?

I was notified that I had to upload a document which is critical to a project we will be starting. I had no idea where I needed to upload or anything, but it email I received clearly laid out who I should contact with questions. Within 30 minutes I had the answers I needed and was all set!
