What do you like best about GCPay?

Very user friendly. Helpful support team. Integrates with Vista our accounting software and Procore through Vista. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

I wish that it could assign subcontractors by CSI Divisions (ie 05 - Metals) - the monthly cost bundle is a very useful report for compiling subcontractor back up, but it spits it out in alphabetical order, so each month we have to resort to put in order of CSI divions to align with the overall Prime contract pay application. What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration with Vista has saved our main office time and headaches. Tracking of insurance compliance is extremely helpful. Tracking on lien waivers is extremely helpful. Adding these to a pay app software truly benefits us and saves us time tracking these elsewhere, especially as we can set up to not let a sub submit their pay app without them. Its a great way to force the subs to keep up on their paperwork or they won't be paid timely, without making us look like jerks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GCPay?

When emailed, direct response is very good. The SOV is better than average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

The waiver requests have an annoying cover page; the waivers themselves are not up to statutory code. Navigating the waivers on the web portal lacks clarity and there are multiple ways to submit, which once uploaded do not seem to land? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I can't say enough good things about GCP"

What do you like best about GCPay?

GCP is very user friendly! It keeps track of all compliance items, change orders, and pay applications. It alerts you when new items have been added. The customer services is phonominal!! It doesn't matter if you call or email they always respond within 5 minutes.The resolution to the issue that I may be having, is typically taken care of very easily! What do you dislike about GCPay?

What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have had to have change orders revised after I approved them and another CO has been written after that one. I thought I would have to have GCP delete them and start over, nope, I told the represenative and she deleted the one line and added the next 5 replacing the one and I didn't have to do a thing, she did it with no issues at all!! "GCPay all the Way!"

What do you like best about GCPay?

It has give subcontractors and easier view of where things are, the billing, if something was acceptec/rejected, payments. Which ultimately makes my job easier and less emails. Win win! The customer support is also terrific! They have been so helpful with all the questions I have or issues that I've run into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

I do wish the main screen showed the entire amount due to a sub (including retainage) instead of the net due. It sometimes makes things confusing when I'm looking in our system compared to what is in GCPay. But maybe there is already a solution for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GCPay Streamlines my whole job!"

What do you like best about GCPay?

Gcpay has support that is unmatched. My team and I are contiuously impressed with the service they provide. Additionally it makes my job a project accountant so much easier by providing a streamlined process for tracking lien waivers, a place fore subs to provide compliance items without emailing back and forth, and by not allowing overbilings to happen. Ive worked without Gcpay in previous jobs and I will never work somewhere that does not have this system in place.

I also went thru implemeting the portal twice at differnet companies and Once integrating the portal with a new accounting software and each process was flawless where as other integrations were a compliacted nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ease of using GC Pay makes doing my job much easier"

Sometimes when we change itemsin Sage it doesn't sync properly in GC Pay and throw the project out if intergration/sync. However when I contact yoiur staff they recitify the issues very quickly. Customer service is top shelf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GCPay?
