"Powerful but User Friendly Tool"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

I love that Goldcast integrates seamlessly with our MAP and CRM. This integration has allowed us to streamline our events creation process and generate more webinars on a regular basis. The integrations also help ensure our pre-webinar and post-webinar processes are ready to go without questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

There's not much to dislike about goldcast. Whenever we have something small come up, we reach out to support or our CSM and they are always very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Goldcast?

The UI/look and feel of virtual events, how user-friendly/easy it is to build events, registration landing pages, etc., and their customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

While I like the Content Lab in theory, it could use some work. For example, while I love the AI-generated clips, I can't splice together multiple, separate clips that don't occur in chronological order. I still need to use a different video editing software to achieve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Platform for Engaging B2B Video Events"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

The built-in studio and AI-powered content repurposing tools save us hours of post-event editing and marketing work. The UI is clean, and the ability to brand everything makes the experience feel high-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

Some of the analytics dashboards could use more flexibility for custom reporting. Occasionally, session transitions lag slightly depending on attendee volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OK at scale, date and reporting fall short"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

It can host a large number of concurrent events. The temporization of events simplify timing workflow in production cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

The data and reporting features are subpar. It’ll integrate with some things, but the data structures never seemed to quite align. Reports take forever to generate and still leave questions unanswered. You really need to dig into the data using a third-party reporting tool after you export as much as you can into a CSV file. What do you like best about Goldcast?

I really appreciate how beginner-friendly the platform is. Even for someone who isn’t very technical, setting up and running an event felt smooth and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

The interface, while powerful, can feel a bit cluttered during live events. There’s a lot going on, and it can be overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best-in-class webinar and virtual event platform for B2B SaaS right now"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

I evaluated, selected, and implemented Goldcast for Intercom's global webinar program and it exceeded my expecastions. We use it for all of our webinars, virtual events, and some of our in-person activations. I focus primarily on demand generation webinars, but we run them across our entire customer journey through different internal teams and across a number of regions in different languages.

I use the platform every day and we dozens of webinars per quarter, usually more.

The biggest but often overlooked value-add is the actual webinar and virtual event experience for ateendees. It has all the table stakes features and they're delivered in a thoughtful way that drives real value. We can develop well-branded events and there is solid language localization as well.

The integration of real AI capabiltiies has been a game changer for us, and I'm impressed by their ability to ship quality improvements quickly.

The platform also has all the behind the scenes functionality we need, including event/webinar management, integrations, etc.

Their sales team was helpful during evaluation and I never feel like I'm constantly behing "upsold" to. Their CSM team is stellar and ensures we get the most out of the platform and is very receptive to feedback and feature requests. Support is prompt and helpful.

Implementation was not difficult, and it's easy to get up and running internally and onboard new teammates or users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

As of August 2024, the in-person event functionality is good, but could use some additional features and polish, specifically around check-in and badging integrations.

I'd also like to see a few more capabilities in terms of landing page customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All in one digital events platform"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

After exploring various platforms for digital events, we discovered Goldcast, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The ability to lead high-quality, branded, and streamlined digital events all in one place is a marketer's dream.

Being able to effortlessly brand, promote, and customize my events to precise specifications has been a fantastic experience so far.

Beyond hosting outstanding events, the customer support team has been phenomenal, ensuring our success and promptly resolving any issues we encounter during setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

I think the product is great! If there is 1 thing I call out it would be the admin UI which can improve a bit but it isn't at any means non-functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best webinar platforms in market"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

With Goldcast being the second webinar paltform I've used in my role, I can easily say it's one of the most intuative in terms of UX and UI. It's simple to use and even for first time webinar users, the stage interface makes the onboarding process easy for speakers and hosts.

Goldcast has also expanded their offering to content creation and the improvements made to this part of the platform continues to improve. I've noticed that Goldcast encourage feedback on their product and take it on board, as we consistently are seeing upgrades and changes made to the platform that we request or make sense to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

As it's a maturing platform, there any many changes made, meaning you've gotten used to 1 way of working and then you have to change, which can be frustrating (especially the UI for events look like it's currently undergoing A/B testing and I much prefer the simple layout of the older format).

If you want a platform that is mature and will change minimally, then this isn't the platform for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Aan intuitive, user-friendly platform that delivers successful events"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

Goldcast is one of the easiest event tools I've used and offers a great experience for both event organisers and attendees.

The platform's engagement features, like polls, Q&A sharing, and video Q&A, are great for enhancing live events.

On the backend, creating templates takes no time, and I really like how easy (and fun) it is to create top-end event registration pages with the various building blocks.

Lastly, the customer support is top-notch, with our CSM who is always keeping us up to date with new releases and really listens to our needs, and I must say the chat Support Team are incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

There are just a couple of things we’d love to see improved.

It would be great if we could schedule automated emails at our preferred times rather and as we operate in various countries across Europe, I would love to see the Content Lab expand to include other languages than just English so we can take full advantage of this great feature. "Tons of Value, Great AI Features"
What do you like best about Goldcast?

We used another webinar platform before switching to Goldcast and I wish we used Goldcast from the beginning. I like the modern viewing experience, engagement tools, and simplicity.

Setting up new webinars is intuitive and I like that we can create series and virtual events. The video and sound quality is very good. We haven't had any issues with it whatsoever.

What is the most exciting feature is Goldcast's AI-powered content. Any marketer will tell you how important it is to be able to repurpose webinars to create more content. However, it's really time comsuming and if you didn't have the video editing software, nearly impossible to break out the video into bit sized content pieces. With Goldcast, I can get a multi-modal blog post, video snippets for social, transcripts, and more with a click of a button. You still need to review the content and make edits but the amount of time it saves is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

The only dislike I had is not longer one since Goldcast just released a better on-demand experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
