My role involves pricing and proposals in the software component sector. We are not strictly SaaS but have complex sales models including volume and term based pricing with graduated tiers, renewal discounts, different payment windows and terms as well as perpetual and subscription products. Showing pricing over multi-year windows for enterprise teams with various bolt ons is difficult and Cacheflow has helped to simplify this. Whilst we are an early adopter, they have worked hard to implement new features and within a few months my team was able to land a contract with TCV well into the 6 figure range. The support has been very good and the team responsive. We currently use the platform for our more complex products but are aiming to move over to it in it's entirety once we have finalised integration, which will require some custom work on our end. We are early adopters so there were some features that we needed not present yet. I have to write something here for G2 to publish so this isn't really a negative but the lack of features initially wasn't great, but they promised to deliver and they did.
