I've had several interactions with the support team so far, mostly with River, and I have to say, it's been a real breath of fresh air. The support provided is truly top-notch. Recently, I reached out about a feature I was hoping to use, only to find out it wasn't available. Rather than simply telling me it wasn't possible, River responded by saying, "Let me bring this up with the team and see what we can do." In less than 24 hours, I received a follow-up letting me know that the feature I needed had already been added to the software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
