Sagan’s model feels much more like a true partnership than a transactional recruiter. The annual membership with credits is a great model, and the added value goes beyond just hiring. Their team has advised us on other areas of the business, and the community of entrepreneurs is top-notch. I think there was a pretty big gap in terms of talent with the role that we were looking for. We were recommended 3 different candidate and 1 of them was amazing (who we hired), but the other 2 didn't really come close to the one we hired in terms of what we were looking for.
