Ease of use - it is so easy to create employee profiles and update their safety documents. If you need to create a form that is not within the preloaded forms it is so simple to create with many different options and styles. I am grasping to find something I dislike, but if I had to find one thing it would be the lack of a scheduled device synchronization feature. Currently the device user must tap the "sync" button for the process to take place. SiteDocs App is very user-friendly, easy to keep all your safety information in one area, makes COR audits a breeze, and their customer service is fantastic. There is not much to dislike about this app; the only issue I have with the app is there is no 'select all' option when adding new employees to jobsites. Other than that, if there are every any questions or concerns, the staff at SiteDocs are very informative and can make any changes or help with anything you are sturggling with.
