What do you like best about Timetastic?

Simple and visual interface. Quickly see my remaining days off , also I can check teammates annual leave with just a few clicks. Very Easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timetastic?

Reporting options could be more detailed, and it would be great to have more flexibility with approval workflows or integrating with other HR tools. But overall, it still does a solid job for day-to-day absence management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timetastic?

You can track other people's leaves in your complete organization department wise and can see who's on leave on which date. Being a presales consultant, I have to coordinate with a lot of internal stakeholders so it becomes really easy for me to arrange meetings and manage the work accordingly. What do you dislike about Timetastic?

There is no downside as such that I have experienced but I don't see any option for searching an employee, I can filter with the departments and then have to scroll to find the right person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is perfect for planning the vacations of all employees without having a spreadsheet where it is messy and it costs more work to keep an order, Timetastic is fantastic in its function of being able to organize leaves, vacations, permits, schedules without merging dates or employees at the same time

What do you like best about Timetastic?

The implementation of Timestatic has greatly enhanced the efficiency of our organization. With it in place, we no longer have to rely on spreadsheets for in-house timesheets and leave purposes. Rather, I can am now able to focus on being a director and leading the team instead of managing number of unnecessary documents and files. The platform provides a holistic overview. This eliminates the need for redundant conversations between my employees and I, as everything is easily visible on the system. I have no dislikes for the moment. The simple and effective HR tool is a welcome addition to any organization. Employees can easily access the platform and manage their leave, and attendance. What do you like best about Timetastic?

Since introducing Timestatic into our organization, we have been able to replace the labor-intensive paper processes that used to absorb much of my time as a manager. This transition to a digital system has been immensely beneficial because it allows me to focus more on my role as a leader and less on mundane administrative tasks. Additionally, each of our team members now has their own personal calendar and annual summary where they can view their absences and be aware of any foreseeable holidays or days off. The wide range of templates available in this tool makes it incredibly easy to create various documents rapidly. Nonetheless, there is potential to make these templates even more advantageous. What do you like best about Timetastic?

By taking advantage of Timestatic’s comprehensive system, I’ve been able to manage holiday requests much more quickly and efficiently than with a manual system. It offers an abundance of features and functions, from tracking employee leave requests to the ability to create customized policies, approval flow settings and report generation. Furthermore, its intuitive interface makes it simple to quickly locate whatever information you may need. What do you dislike about Timetastic?

One of the few things I don't like about Timetastic is that it requires me to edit my time as often, if not more than once every day. There are so many steps involved in recording and editing hours that sometimes they can take up valuable work time instead of being able to do it on a schedule where you're clocking out whenever you are done working. What do you like best about Timetastic?

I love how easy it is to view everyone within the company, within a certain department, or a specific team at a glance. I can prepare for everyone's scheduled assignments easily. Booking time adjustments is also couldn't be easier on the web app and the phone app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timetastic?

I wish I could get individual alerts for specific real-time changes for people on the team (I'm not set as an admin which may be why I can't do this), as the head of a department who needs to organize schedules, it would be much easier to have a way to automatically update this in, say, Airtable, so I can pre-populate schedule changes for people who won't be able to cover the days they are supposed to be on and swap them in for someone who is due to be scheduled next. But, this is more of an integration gripe and not a Timetastic gripe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
