It is a very intuitive and easy to use platform, no training is required. It is very easy to add a new label or company and start adding hours for billing. The design needs a lot of improvement, it is very basic and boring. It also doesn't allow you to align the paragraphs when you are writing descriptions about the hours. Exporting to pdf a file comes out very messy, I don't like the design. I have had many problems downloading all the data to excel because many times the information is incomplete.
