Iovation is an incredibly intelligent program that really gives us more confidence when interacting with customers. We can now be sure when a transaction is legitimate or spot any kind of fraudulent activity before it becomes a massive problem. This, in turn, has helped our relationship with our customers because of the confidence we now have.

The risk assessment tools iovation offers are a great insight into transactions and the potential risks behind them, this really helps us to make informed decisions on things that may not seem quite right and has helped us reduce fraudulent activity going on massively. At this point, i have not found any issues with it and the program runs brilliantly. One limitation with iovation is that you can only look at transaction history up to 6 months old.
