Simple and clean interface which is easy to navigate and intuitive for even the least tech-savvy of users to get started with, and is a great fit for a versatile range of payroll tracking and overall management of working hours whether you're freelancing, working remotely, are part of a larger working team or are supervising/managing one. Has a quick and easily understood onboarding process to get new users logged in and registered, and the homepage/dashboard has a straight to the point design which lets you easily see your key information like total hours worked, specific project breakdowns and the related client details per working hour/overall project. Has been an absolutely great way to keep track of working hours, generating reports, comprehensive tracking features and has been very helpful at keeping us all on the same page with both organization and accountability for the time spent on our clients and their projects that we've been given the opportunity to manage for them. Pricing has also been transparent and fair rate for the thorough amont of services provided; definitely worth the time in checking out and adding into your pool for consideration if you're in the market for time management and payroll accounting tools! Wish the FAQ/Help section was a little more comprehensive for users who aren't too tech-savvy to get them registered, but it's not a dealbreaker; is easily resolved by just simply navigating the set-up process with a worker in person, over the phone, on Zoom, etc to guide them through the brief process and to make sure everything is correctly set up. It keeps each of our individual responsibilities for projects and the overall amount of hours spent working on them very easy to keep track of for both our internal management system and to also keep complete transparency with our clients to show them exactly what, when and who is part of the services that we are billing for. It also holds us accountable both as individul contributors and our teams as a whole to ensure each worker is contributing their fair share and also making sure that no working time or extra efforts go uncompensated.
