What problems is Worksection solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been working as an SEO specialist with various agencies and clients for several years. Until recently, most task management was done using Google Sheets — which was inconvenient and inefficient. There was always confusion, tasks got lost, and deadlines were missed.

Now I'm working on a project where the client uses Worksection, and I can confidently say it’s a great fit for my workflow. Living in Sweden, I'm used to working in a structured and organized way, and this tool really supports that approach. I don’t have much to compare it to, but it has everything needed for effective task organization and management.

The task manager helps structure the work clearly, set priorities, and keep track of deadlines. I recently started working as a freelance logistics coordinator. The company I’m currently collaborating with uses Worksection, and since I’ve had experience with other task managers before, I do have something to compare it to.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to work with Worksection. The interface isn’t cluttered — everything is clear and to the point. The Kanban board is especially helpful: it gives a quick overview of who’s responsible for what and what the deadlines are. That’s crucial in logistics, where timing really matters. It took me a bit to get used to it at first, but overall, the platform feels intuitive. We’ve had fewer delays, and task distribution is more structured now.
