When I want to send an email, I want to use the email function and not have to use the broadcast feature and be able to send atttachments.

We are unable to connect Deltek to ActOn like you would Salesforce or other tools. I hope this is something we can do in the future.

Easier automation functions

Background images would be very good for creating emails, making them more creative. Flexibility is important.
