Vision
AI is changing how businesses are built and run, and the companies that adapt fastest will pull ahead. The best engineers will make the best agentic engineers. The best managers will make the best AI-native managers.
I've built and managed engineering organizations for over a decade — finding great engineers and creating a culture in which they thrive. At Nervana, I founded the software team, and at Intel I scaled it to 150 engineers worldwide. As co-founder of Luminide, I led product and engineering from inception to acquisition. As CTO at ThirdLaw, I built runtime safety and observability for LLM and agentic behavior.
Today, success requires adapting traditional tools, processes, and expertise to an emerging, AI-centric world. With 20+ years of hands-on engineering, a Ph.D. in CS, and published work at NeurIPS, that's exactly what I'm doing.

Projects
A growing wall of builds — each one documenting how it was made: the stack, the agents and models, the tests, the cost. This site is the first entry; eclipse-sim, a from-scratch eclipse predictor built overnight, is the second.
