Aster Hwang is a South Korean-born storyteller and aspiring talk show host living in New York. His original TV series concept “Zeta Delta Chi” has been nominated for 2025 Sundance's Trans Possibilities Intensive. He’s also the creator of Gaydars For Gaysians, a podcast dissecting queerness and Asian identity with equal parts wit and tenderness. With a background in TV and film development, Aster delights in finding humor in cultural collisions—and in plotting his inevitable late-night desk takeover. Represented by Upstage Entertainment, he holds a BA from Brown University and an MA from New York University, and occasionally overshares on Instagram.
