Deutsches Institut für Menschenrechte
The Deutsche Institut für Menschenrechte is Germany’s independent national Human Rights institution. It is accredited in accordance with the Paris Principles of the United Nations. The Institute’s tasks include policy advice, human rights education, information and documentation, application-oriented research on human rights issues, and cooperation with international organizations.

ECCHR – European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights
The ECCHR is an independent, non-profit legal and educational organization dedicated to enforcing civil and human rights worldwide. It was founded in 2007 by Wolfgang Kaleck and other international human rights lawyers to protect and enforce the rights guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as other human rights declarations and national constitutions, through legal means. International Nuremberg Principles Academy
The International Nuremberg Principles Academy is a research and advocacy institution in the area of international criminal law. It focuses on applied and interdisciplinary research, provides training and consultancies for target groups, and is a forum for practitioners in the area of national and international criminal law.
Nürnberger Menschenrechtszentrum
The Nürnberger Menschenrechtszentrum is a local human rights NGO based at the heart of Nuremberg. It advocates for the respect of human rights at the local, national, and international level. Together with the CHREN, it has, among other things, organized the conference “Human Rights in Times of Contestation”, which took place in Nuremberg in June 2019.
