 Another 240. Or 340. Or even Daimler V8-250.

 Daimler V8-250. Thicker grille top than on a Jaguar, and more importantly, as far as I am aware, the exhaust pipe on the Jaguar 240 & 340 only ever exited on the nearside (UK).
