Yûji Aoki wurde am 9 Juni 1945 in Oe, Prefecture Kyoto, Japan geboren. Er war Schauspieler und Autor, bekannt für Naniwa Zenidô (2014), Naniwa kin'yû-dô: Haibara shôbu! Kishikaisei no otoshimae!! (2005) und Kin'yû hametsu Nippon: Tôgenkyô no hito-bito (2002). Er starb am 5 September 2003 in Kobe, Japan.
