Adam Davids

Adam Davids has been counsel for either production, finance or distribution on over 80 films and TV series, operatic productions, rock bands, DJs and labels, fine artists and gallerists and event promoters and companies with intellectual property roots and priorities. Davids holds a Master of Arts from Columbia University, received his JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a Level I CFA. Prior to practicing law, Davids was Vice President - International of the New York Institute of Finance, Chief Executive Officer of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, finance director of the electronic music festival M3 and provided training services to the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) and the CFA Institute.
