Joke's on Me

An intriguing film based on the Joker and Harley Quinn and their emerging relationship. Dark, yet witty, we are lured into the murky lives of two psychologically unstable characters. Quiet in its tone, the film is directed and acted in an understated way, purposefully drawing the viewer into its story. With appearances by the familiar character Batman, it puts you on edge and builds to a dramatic ending.

Refreshingly sharp, this film stands out as a deep psychological study of seemingly diverse individuals with surprisingly common interests.

Due to some intense scenes, it is suggested the minimum age of the audience be 16. All in all a job well done, especially for the young indie filmmaker at its helm (from Aliqui Studios), not to mention the talented assistant director and supporting cast and crew.
