Even Lovers Get the Blues

Few couples. Their stories in few sketch few traits. A death. Ambiguous desires. Maybe, enough for a film created, at first sight, for a specific target who can not be real exactly preoccuped by story itself but by ...spices, from nudity and sex to sexual dilemmas and couple life aspects.

But , in essence, it is just a beautiful film. For fair portraits of vulnerability, doubts, need of love, image about yourself.

So, not very fair to be critic about it. Especially when, after final credits, you know than , in some measure, you like it very much.

Because the message is the craft of viewer - the director propose only the ingredients and do this just in smart way.

So, for some obscure motives - Schiele and cinematography are good supports in this sense -,a nice film.

No story, confusing characters and no message. Some of the footage could have been used for music videos or advertising with more success.

There is some kind of atmosphere to it, but it's purely in the visuals. I wanted to love this one, but sadly neither trip nor destination were of any interest.
