Will DiSanto, the prolific and talented British pornographer revisits his excellent daring! Media production of "Radio Erotica" (directed for him by Anjali Kara) with the Digital Playground-backed extremely well-mounted carbon copy "Erotica FM". Since I am virtually the only watchdog of such matters who cares one whit, why not recycle a quality premise.
He even brings along Tamara Grace and Marc Rose from the 2012 original, and substitutes in the lead role of sexily-voiced late-night FM deejay Stella Cox, in place of Porcha Sins. I prefer Porcha's dulcet tones, but as they say, I wouldn't kick the wondrous substitute Stella out of bed.
A very large cast of lovelies perform in this very lengthy opus, with every sex scene arousing in its own way. Stella permeates the film with her presence, finally delivering a quality d.p. in the final reel; by way of contrast, in the original Porcha was merely the presenter, knitting vignettes together from her perch at the radio station, answering horny viewers' calls, and briefly going topless (I guess topless and nudity over the radio remain rather meaningless).
The two standout segments (the others ain't chopped liver, either) belong to the great Cathy Heaven and Britain's answer to Mz. Berlin, Jasmine James. Cathy shows off her newly pumped-up huge tits as a horny housewife who gets it on with the gardener, a Spanish actor named Potro flown in specially for this treat from Barcelona by the production team. She is an amazing porn performer, and as Stella quips in the entertaining Behind the Scenes short subject on the DVD, Heaven is "the anal queen".
Jasmine James, who is having a hen party celebrating her upcoming nuptials (and almost confusingly -but not to the naked eye - accompanied by one of the prime hens in the form of Jasmine Jae), with the hens gifting her with a male stripper, big-dicked Juan Lucho, who really digs James' big tits. Her fake red-dyed hair captures that trademark look of America's versatile porn actress Mz. Berlin.
I suppose director DiSanto can be credited with discovering Jasmine, as she was first featured, red-dye job and all, in his 2013 release devoted to newcomers: "My First Porn Shoot", released via his Pornostatic label.
Czech newcomer Subil Arch makes a nice impression, and you know you have a star-studded cast when such A+-listers like Anissa Kate and Samantha Bentley are relegated to bench-strength roles.
Bottom line is that after watching this and other British talent/director- made new movies for venerable labels like Digitial Playground one wonders why the Chatsworth based talent pool can't keep up, quality wise. Maybe all those "parody" gigs have rendered them washed-up.
