Delaware Shore

I just seen this at a premiere in LA and it's pretty darn good. The film is basically about a a holocaust survivor who escapes the camps and finds refuge at a Delaware Beach, things get complex from there but this is where the story starts. I don't want to give out any spoilers but this film really is a must see. Thumbs up to the in-depth acting and to the production team.

Was I watching the same film as the other reviewers? This was awful! Sound, especially outside was very bad.....found it strange that the character of Tasha had the same God-awful hairdo for years, and the same eyeglasses. The acting was marginal at best. I went to see the film because I am a Delaware native and was interested to see the different sites. This film could have been done anywhere...Delaware really was not a point of interest in the story. Very disappointed!

Delaware Shore (2018) directed by Raghav Peri. It's 98 mins Dramatic thought provoking movie. A Holocaust survivor who escapes the concentration camps finds refuge on a secluded Delaware Beach and how she survives. A film full of wonderful characters. Especially the way story is narrated adds a lot to the film. The rhythmic background music contributes to the atmosphere. From the beginning it draws the viewers attention. Absolutely remarkable direction. Memorable performance by lead actors Gail Wagner, Emily McKinley Hill & James Robinson Jr. Marvelous details that you might not catch on first viewing. MUST WATCH MOVIE!!

This movie had my attention right through the very end. I wasn't to familiar with the actors, actresses but they all gave brilliant performances. We need more movies like this where the script can hold it's own and not flop mid-way.

I didn't know what to expect after watching the trailer but I was impressed once I had seen it on the big screen. The team did a great job with the cinematography, music and the script. I usually find it hard to sit through a movie longer then seventy minutes but this is one of those films I could sit through without getting antsy. This is a film about your inner-self, feelings, emotions and survival. Thanks for making this.
