Nobody would have their address tattooed on them like this as addresses frequently change, whereas tattoos do not.

Unless they invent flexible gun-barrels in the future, you could never implant a gun in the fore-arm which fires through the heel of your hand, without losing almost all mobility in that hand. The wrist and hand are a complex, highly-mobile joint with literally dozens of bones, and subtle flexibility in all three planes; You can't just implant a steel tube in the middle of that, and still have the mobility to do kung-fu (even WITH a flexible gun barrel, that flexibility is hard to believe).

(at around 33 mins) Stem asks Grey to hold the drawn tattoo in front of his eyes in order to read it for him. However, Stem already has the picture (since he has drawn it) in his memory, so there was no logical reason to re-scan it again for the purpose of reading it.
(at around 57 mins) Moments before being shut down - in a time-critical scene, Stem asks Grey to write down a long URL on his hand, that Grey has trouble keeping up with. It'd make more sense for Stem to take control of his hand and "print" the URL himself, as it has already demonstrated that it can do, earlier in the movie.
