Predating the very similar 'Spirals', this seminal tense action thriller is set in the roughest city limits of an unknown Rome where Police brass open an outpost and fill it with unruly hardened cops and rookies. Their older chief accepts the posting only for his advancement. No-one plays by the rules! As in real-life, blunders abound but as the team bonds, arrests abound! Stay for the end twist!
