Shiikuensu

A pretty boring anime short. The story was told through almost nothing but in your face exposition, but the animation was... there's the part where I'd usually say "at least the animation was good," but even that was a letdown. It was very static, not looking a whole lot more animated than just taking in a story like this on the page. I don't know if it was a manga originally, but it wouldn't be surprising. And if it was an adaptation, it was a pretty flat one.

Bad English subtitles make me want to give it the benefit of the doubt to a slight extent, but it's still something that felt like a bit of a waste of time.
