GOKIL TO THE MAX !! The script of this film really helps the comedy become more fresh, plus a talented cast and has good chemistry.

I was also amazed by how good the cinematography is, has a distinctive color tone, and shoots really well. The plot doesn't make sense, but isn't that a common thing in comedy films?

This movie pretty refreshing among typical indonesian movies in general.

The main cast act really well as teacher named Taat. If he is not like a normal teacher pretty make sense hence he just a temporary teacher

The other cast play very well acting but the movie a bit weak on the storyline, in my view doesn't make sense if someone keeping the money inside school building and has no deposit box (why you guys not store it in bank?)

This movie has twist ending, and I like this movie because it has moral messages that can be taken to our life. And it was really fun to watch with your family cause this movie is kinda funny too.

I don't really watch Indonesian flicks---except for them certain ones that caught my attention. I don't normally check out this kind, and yet somehow, I found this one a tad enticing. And for that, it deserves a credit. I still frown at their cringy choice of using 'gokil' as their movie title but I'm not gonna talk about the lousy title.

The story revolves around a man who's desperate to selfishly make a name for himself. All out of luck and money, he returns to his hometown and moves back in with his Father. He fakes a diploma to fool the faculty at a nearby school in order to fulfil his cruise-ship dream job. Then later he meets an attractive young teacher who kind of 'wakes' him up from reality. Long story short, with his colleagues, he tries to save the school's huge financial debacle.

I should let all know that Crazy Awesome Teachers is just another so-so yet quirky drama comedy which has some violance in its storyline; parental discretion is advised. The movie claims that the lead discovers the joys of teaching but it never shows on screen. The audience never actually see that development occurs and that's violating the first rule of good storytelling: Show, don't tell. Personally, I think it's way below average but I give generous 5 for the lovely shots.

The film is not bad, typical of Indonesian comedy films. Focusing on the problem of the main character of this film tells how he continues his job, but he is forced to return to his hometown and work as a substitute teacher. This film contains comedy, drama, a little romance and mystery. Unfortunately, the drama and comedy that is displayed in my opinion is not optimal, the storyline and ending are not quite right, there is cringe comedy at the ending. Apart from all that this film is worth to watch, especially with family. There is a moral message, there is even a little social critic presented in this film.
