Opener was awesome. A hard hitting match with some great mat work mixed in. The only problem with it was, that it was by far the best and the most anticipated match on the show. After it was over, the crowd knew that the show peaked and they were a bit off for the rest of the night. Second and third matches were pretty similar. Both had underdogs trying their best to fight off their vastly superior opponents, but ultimately failing to overcome the odds. Both were very good. Jinny vs Dahlia was alright, but for a no dq "fight", it was pretty disappointing. Thatcher vs Davis was great return angle for Lynch. Don't really see how the "Valhalla" thing made any sense, but maybe it will at some point. I also wonder what Robbo's role in PROGRESS will be now. His appearance seemed a bit random. Thatcher vs Ridgeway was fun and a good proper debut for Riddy. I feel like he'll be one of PROGRESS' top guys within the next 12 months. Conners vs Flash was a total bore. Conners stinks and it's a shame that PROGRESS books him in a prominent spot. Women's title match was good. Toni's defences might not be setting the world on fire, but they're all very solid ***-***1/2 matches. Main event was a bit of a mess. It was mainly due to Lykos' injury, so I can't really blame anyone for it, but it doesn't change the fact that it wasn't a good match. First half of the show was great, but the second ended up being pretty weak. It was by no means a bad show, but the opener put the bar very high and nothing came close to that level, which hurt the show overall.
