Motokare Mania

The story and the acting are quite funny and feel like watching an anime-like drama. Each character has unique imperfections, which make them quirky and charming. The romantic progress is addictively frustrating, but each moment is a small happiness and uneasiness that many viewers may relate to. The side characters' stories provide emotional reliefs and address the obstacles in love from a different point of views. Hoping for the feeling to finally reach one day despite of time, fate, and rejections, we can't help but root for a happy ending for each of the character and our own. It deserves a spin-off with prequels to expand the story on the romance of the side characters.

" Motokare Mania " had pontential, but it felt like it was wasting it.

First of all, the leading lady was really good. She was charming, adorable, and she had chemistry with her love interest. The latter was pretty cute, as well, and he added some comedy to the drama. The side characters were really entertaining as well, and their stories were interesting, probably more interesting than the main one after a while.

So, the first part of the drama was good, with some cute moments of the couple and the anticipation of their either reunion or final break up. However, it got tiring after the first half. And it got a bit boring as well.

So, overall, six out of ten.
