A deep dive into the rise and fall of self proclaimed "cawlmedy beast", Brendan Schaub. From humble beginnings to narcissistic LA living. This doc is well thought out and presented beautifully. I enjoyed this more than the special itself!

Into the social climbing exploits of a talentless hack who has failed at everything he has ever done and has yet somehow become famous through association.

Brendan's impression of UFC's Dr. Greg Hsu is the cringiest thing I've ever seen in my life. Also Joe and Schaub was so against CM Punk fighting when Brandon is doing the exact same thing with Comedy.

The documentation brilliantly takes us on a journey exploring themes of unfulfilled talent, nepotism, narcissism, the obesity crisis, and racism in modern day America.

On a side note, it is high time the Academy looked at loosening the nomination requirements for documentary films. Lack of theatrical release notwithstanding, this was the clear documentary non-fiction masterpiece of film in 2019.

This is incredibly well fone work with fantastic points based on hard evidence.
