Do not spend your money. This documentary tries to hide the fact that most of the interviews are 7-8 years old. And then to make it more of a mess some of the interviews are more recent, without giving any timestamps or chronological sequencing. Probably because they're trying to make it look like a fresh insight into the world of meme creators. It's not- it's completely stale dated. I have to imagine this was a half-baked project in 2018 which got rejuvenated after Covid where they then had to stitch in new interviews and try to make everything look seamless. It's a lazy, incredibly frustrating film to watch. No clear direction to anything. Just random interviews over the course of 7-8 years with a main storyline of TankSinatra quitting his day job to pursue a career with memes back in 2018.

Have they not realized that whatever point they're trying to get across is completely irrelevant now? Most of the documentary is shot before the advent of TikTok or reels.

Do not waste your time or money.
