The sheer physicality of this 3-part DVD showing attractive actresses exercising and having sex together makes it a winner, catering to the audience that frankly is disinterested in niceties like story and acting.

Romi Rain is quite effective training Dillion Harper in boxing, really giving her a tiring workout, capped off by relaxing with sex together afterwards. Gimmick is that Dillion is a straight girl who's fed up with her boyfriend, ripe for picking by the busty cougar.

Second scene, titled "Yoga Camp" is a lesbian foursome led by yoga instructor Kendra James (sporting red hair for the occasion). The athleticism of the actresses striking cheerleader-type group poses as they have sex is impressive, and the segment was reissued five years later on the VOD "Stretch and Relax".

Finale is a solid summit meeting of big stars AJ Applegate and Jessa Rhodes, with latter styled wearing braids resembling the screen look of Kira Noir. It's called "The Cooldown" but is of course a hot scene of them having sex AFTER off-screen working out.
