An entertaining special that captures some events from the Cashman manga. In just 15 minutes, you'll be pleasantly surprised by its plot, comedy, and adventures very much in the style of Akira Toriyama. Its essence is present in every second of this special, and if you are a fan of his work, then your experience will be even better.
It contains profound reflective messages about greed, self-interest, justice, bribery, false identities, ignorance, and that discontent in the social and work spheres.
When this manga was created, the author was working on the Freezer saga, which is why the character has such a strong physical resemblance. For those familiar with the Dragon Ball universe, it would be like a fusion between Frieza and Great Saiyaman. Additionally, there are others resembling Yamcha and Bulma. Not to mention our enemies who look like soldiers from Frieza's empire, their clothing, weapons, and everything else are almost identical, but you'll notice.
This special has countless curiosities just like many of Toriyama's works with Dragon Ball, as it could meticulously be canon within that universe. There are cameos of some characters in different sagas throughout the story. Curious, but true.
Cashman seems to me a very entertaining job, and Akira's creativity for quite interesting stories is evident. From my perspective, 15 minutes is very short; we could have explored our protagonist more.
The character design, the line work, the color tones, the movement sequences, and the animation in general are executed decently.
Comedy plays a fundamental role in this story, which keeps every present event alive at all times.
