William Demeo is the worst actor I have ever seen and shouldn't be in the business, his ego is in the way trying to be a Brooklyn Guido with his bad hairpiece, it's a shame this was my neighborhood and I grew up during these times , other actors are so/so at best but the lead kills it and it's unbearable to watch. Special mention has to go to the stage combat coordination. The fights were so bad, they were comical...and the shootout to close things out was a source of laughter for days to come. Thank you. I literally could write a book covering all the details of the specific terrible moments, but I do not want to waste more creative energy on this review than the "writer" did with the script.

This series was a valid effort to help many learn about the times and struggles of these families. There is always that critic whom, even though may be from the area, cannot be pleased with the dedication to respect that culture. Some people don't understand the work of actors or directors. Demeo is also a great person whom gave a lot of time and love into his main role. Not only acting, but also directing this art at the same time took the love of the art in hand. From season 1, setting up was necessary. Demeo also was able to gain the list of some A-List actors as well as upcoming. I loved the first season enough, and will purchase the second. Well done!

What an amazing series! I watched season 1 and loved it and this season blew it away so much. Every episode has an incredible ending! I am truly overjoyed and will be watching it again and again! Bravo to Michele Frantzeskos on producing this gem and to William DeMeo for creating this amazing piece. I was very intrigued by the storyline of each actor and their character and felt like they each had their own voice and way of bringing life. The humor was amazing and I have never laughed so much! The authenticity of this series during those times in the 80s plus the amazing music really made me happy. Bravo!

Over 20 years ago I saw William demeo in his first vanity project called "One Deadly Road". This movie was laughably bad. The writing, acting, cliched premise displayed a complete lack of awareness on making a believable movie. Years later the same William DeMeo returns with the exact same ridiculous way for story telling. I especially love it when a character decides to arbitrarily wack someone in broad daylight with no concern of witness's. DeMeo's character did this in a driveway while the victim's mother was in the house. The show falsely alleges it is set in 1980 but it has so many scenes where the characters wear my Brooklyn brand clothing which was introduced in 2017. Can someone explain how this is possible? On one note the director wants to do a period piece set in the 1980's Brooklyn but he is introducing clothing that established in 2017 making this a joke. They show Perdomo cigars which were introduced in 1990 but somehow they show up in a show set in the 1980's. . William Seinwels did a terrible job in adhering to the period piece. The lead actor has no respect for other filmmakers because the show plagiarized movies such as Scarface. Many scenes from the sopranos and other mob movies were also duplicated( card game, party for Tony blundetto, Gotti fireworks scenes, Scarface pool scene, Donnie Brasco car scene and Florida scenes, sopranos strip club scenes.) There is a funny scene where the character of William demeo is looking at himself in the mirror after a live scene and smiles to reaffirm his manhood only to come out as a joke.

I saw a couple of scenes filmed and copied by Chelsey Vento the music producer . All I can say is yuck. This comes out being a plagiarism project as the script lines and scenes duplicate from scenes from other mob movies and the sopranos. The music is not from the 1980's and the background resembles 2023 not the 1980's. There is no storyline and they have adults playing teenagers. Julia Macchio is 32 and she is playing a 18 year old.
