Whether you're a celebrity or just an average person, relationships are never easy. Seeing how particular characteristics or traumatic experiences might impact a relationship while observing these couples was heart-stopping. I began to analyze myself and what I needed to release or change in order to improve. I adore the way AJ pushed you to step beyond your comfort zone while challenging you to confront your problems and come up with a solution. Even though I still have a lot of healing to do, I felt like I achieved a breakthrough when I was compelled to recognize and address those contributing circumstances.
