Twenty Show - Der Film

For me, the movie is the 11 short videos featuring Leila in which she confesses her path to become an actress. At this time, she was not the famous actress she is now so this movie is like her mirror of an aspiring actress. IMDb and the producer categorize it as a documentary but it's false as it's pure fiction dressed with the habits of reality. In the website where the videos were released, it was subtlety done because Leila's Blog was the one of Jasmine Mered ! I can't say if Leila's monologues are scripted or if she improvised the lines but for sure she looks very natural, fresh sometimes a bit hesitant and other times really good and in touch with her situation. However, the big turn-off for me is her fashion : i know it's like this today but for me, she looks to wear rags with limited awful colors (grey or black). It's not told clearly but her fiction symbolizes the lives of the young living in suburbs : jobless and discrimination So, her twenty minutes are rather interesting and promising and for sure much better than certain movies of ninety minutes she has done later ...
