I was there at Cyprus for CYFF-2010 and watched this films clips airing on TV, it was interesting.I went to watch the film in theatre where Cyprus International Film Festival was screening this film with other ones. This film was Nominatd for Golden Aphrodite Award.I was very impressed with the Indian talent in this film. The director and actor being the same person had done amazing work. The camera work and editing looks very good.Beside lead actors supporting kids were very good and Ofcoarse director must have worked hard to get performance from the kids.Music video and its lighting looks amazing.I am a film maker from England and liked the overall appearance of this film on the big screen quality wise and content wise.
I will give a rating of 8 to the film which is the best one from me.Ordered copy of DVD as it is worth. You must check it out!!!

Got to see this film in Inox in the Global Cinema-India and was impressed with the presentation of the film.
This film was played after Satyajit Ray's Aguntak and it hold interest for all the audience who were present, they stayed back till the end of this film and i can hear big claps at the end of the film.
The story was interesting which displayed various aspects of family life and was very well presented on the screen. The mix of western culture and eastern value was also very interesting.Director was successful in giving a good film to the audience.
The quality of picture was very good as i can see this was the only film in the festival which was shot on Red One.
Mukesh Asopa as lead reminds me of Shahrukh Khan in Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam.His acting was outstanding specially the scenes with his grandmother,Kiran and his father.Kamal Nandi was the perfect cast for the role he played as well. All the actors were very good.
Based on the story this movie is slow but was very interesting and I will give a rating of 9 out of 10.

Very nice family drama, entertaining and inspiring towards family. The film portrays a big sacrifice but at the same time it conveys a lesson to young generation. All the actors were good and the sound tracks were unique and different. As an actor i liked the performance of Mukesh,Kamal,Aruna and Roya. The cinematography and editing looks very good. At some point the emotions are too loud but it maybe the requirement of the story. The young kids were very good as well. This film should get recognized in more festivals because of its rich quality. Goodluck to Mukesh and Team. I will give a rating of 9 to this film.
Being a filmmaker from bollywood i was there in the festival to watch few best films of Raj Kapoor,Charlie Chaplin,Satyajit Ray and well known tamil films. The festival was really a great success. Now when i looked at this film it was interesting way of film making where actor director and producer is the same person and was able to make such a good feature film, it is amazing. The new trend in bollywood is the same where we see big stars like Aamir Khan,Shahrukh Khan,Ajay Devgan and Akshay Kumar they are doing exactly the same way they produce or co produce their own film where they act, Aamir khan and ajay devgan even directs the film where they are actor. What are the pros and cons ? Good part is director knows the shots he wants and as an actor he is confident to give the shot what he is looking as director.Bad thing is director will need a good assistant to look behind the camera how it looks like.
Seeing this film it seems that the crew was amazing. No doubt the hard work always presents the good work. All actors were very good and specially the young ones. This film deserves a 10 rating from me as being a filmmaker i can know how difficult it is to give such a good work to our respectful audience.

I am not a big time fan of watching movies of unknown faces, but this was by chance.I went to watch Aguntak by Satyajit Ray and stayed back to see the taste of relation. The name sounds like a romantic film but was a family drama and a mix a romance but, good part is it hold interest till the end.
Acting of all unknown faces were even better than well known faces from Bollywood now a days.More interesting was western songs with eastern performance. It clearly shows the vision of Director was very clear in making this film.
Technically the quality of film on screen looks very good and it was a good experience for me to try watching something different with more talents into it.
It was worth of watching this film. I will give a rating of 10 to this film.
