County Line: All Good!
I give this movie 10 stars for being a great follow-up to the first County Line movie from 2017!
I was so excited when I saw this available on demand; we rented it and it was worth the $6. A quick-moving murder mystery with a lot of the cast from the first movie; if a character isn't in it, it's even explained in dialogue why they're gone, which is a wonderful touch along with the gray hairs coming out in both Tom Wopat and Patricia Richardson -- so refreshing to see older actors with gray hair!
It's an INSP film which means there's no bad language or sex; the fighting/action scenes are well done, and it's not just a bunch of martial arts moves. The humor is good, especially since this movie deals with an old-schooler working with the younger generation. The mystery is a good one and I'm excited to see the next County Line movie currently in post production.
I'd recommend this movie for people who like cop mysteries, similar to Jesse Stone but more family friendly with southern charm, and for those who enjoy the INSP channel!

Would make a good TV series
I liked the movie. Liked the characters and the acting was decent. It was great to watch something and not be embarrassed by content. Would love to see this become a series.
TERRIBLE DETAILS, BUT GOOD CHARACTERS
Glaring errors populate this film, from a modern sheriff using an old school, low-tech revolver, which NO cops carry any more, the mayor of a TOWN being the boss of a COUNTY sheriff, which is jurisdictionally-ludicrous, to cops handcuffing suspects in front, which even a rookie wouldn't do, to sloppy police uniforms, and on and on.
However, I did like the characters, so just turned my conscious mind off, and watched as a blithering idiot, trying to ignore all the above, so I could enjoy it.
If you have the capacity to do this, I recommend it, but if not, I don't, as you'll become really disappointed.

Loved It - Great sequel
I loved the first County Line movie and when I saw this was a sequel, I knew I had to watch it! This is a clean movie, just like the first film, without all the unnecessary "mature" content. The film is well-written with dialogue that made me laugh out loud quite a bit, action that caught me off guard more than once and good chemistry between all the characters. A lot of familiar faces, too. And a murder mystery, which is my fave! I was worried I might be disappointed with the movie since Jeff Fahey wasn't in it to reprise his role as Clint, but I found that I enjoyed this movie just as much as the first County Line. It might have a smaller budget than blockbuster movies, but I didn't feel it made it any less enjoyable. It's so hard to find good, clean movies that are made for an adult audience and not just geared at kids but this definitely fits the bill. I would love it if they made more!

Entertaining!!!!
Enjoyed the story line...good action and very good acting by all the principle characters. I appreciated that the film could portray an exciting story without being overly violent or gruesome.
